| Statement of Beliefs |

The Christian Outdoor Alliance is an organization of
believers who have a passion for outdoor sports, and a
passion for the Lord. The organization exists to reach the
lost for Christ, to help believers grow as disciples, to
strengthen the bonds of friendship and love between
members and their families, and to equip like-minded
individuals and businesses to use their love for hunting
and fishing to advance the purposes of God's Kingdom.

The organization is built upon these core truths:

- The Bible is the inspired and inerrant word of God.
- "…All have sinned and fall short of the glory of
God." - Romans 3:23
- "…The wages of sin is death." - Romans 6:23
- "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and
only son, Jesus Christ, that whoever believes in him
shall not perish but have eternal life." - John 3:16
- "Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no
other name under heaven given to man by which we must be
saved." - Acts 4:12

| As we publish tracts, materials, studies, videos, and
so on, these materials will be based solidly on the core
truths of the Bible, and will never seek to "split hairs."
We do this to avoid fostering denominational divisions,
and to build a spirit of unity and cooperation in the body
of Christ. At the same time, we respect the strong,
faithful traditions of those denominations that adhere to
these truths, so we will never seek to force a
"non-denominational" viewpoint on those who adhere to one
tradition or another. As Paul said in 1 Corinthians 2:2,
"… I resolved to know nothing while I was with you except
Christ Jesus and Him crucified." So shall it be with the
Christian Outdoor Alliance. |
